Description
Nice, located in the South of France, Pearl of the French
Riviera and Capital of the Côte-d'Azur, deserves
its titles. Surrounded by a hill amphitheatre, the city
lies at the end of the "Bay of the Angels".
Its privileged geographic location allows the tourist
to enjoy the same day the pleasures of the sea (swimming,
water skiing, diving, windsurf, sailboat, etc.) and the
mountains (ski). The school is located in the west zone
of Nice, 10 minutes from the beach and 15 from the center.
It occupies a crystal building with air conditioning system,
surrounded by palms between the State University and the
cinema studio "La Victorino".
Lodging
There are several types of accommodation offered by the
school: family house, hotel, residence, or apartment.
Academics
The School have courses for companies, adults, students
and teenagers, is open from Monday to Friday from 8:30
to 18 hours with morning and afternoon classes. The lessons
have 60 minutes. There are 6 levels. The students can
choose between General French groups and individual lessons.
Also technical French courses in different specialities
are given (business, tourism, health, legal). It is also
possible to lodge in a professor’s house and take
the classes over there.
Activities
The school makes different walks by the city: to Promenade
des Anglais, the Masséna Square, the Garden Albert
I, the Ruhl Casino, the Mediterranean Palace, the Negresco
Hotel, to Villa Collin Huovila, the Palace Helix, Sands,
the Museum of Asian Art, and to the Côte d'Azur
airport. In Nice they can practice great variety of water
sports.
