Description
Lyon, city with a rich past of more than 2000 years, famous
by its lifestyle, gastronomy and cultural life, offers
the attractions of a great metropolis opened to the world.
INSA, National Institute of Sciences Applied of Lyon,
proposes intensive French courses to foreigner students
and professionals.
Lodging
It is possible to lodge in the INSA in single rooms or
in an equipped room apartment. Also it is possible to
lodge in residences of Lyon or Ville Urbanne (apartments
with a single room or rooms with all the comforts) or
in family houses.
Academics
The general French courses are open to students, engineers,
investigators, businessmen, technicians... The minimum
age of admission is 18 years. The groups do not surpass
the 12 people during the year and the 15 in summer. Students
use a multimedia center of resources for a personalised
work . The shortest course lasts four weeks (25 hours
per week).
Activities
The cultural Service of INSA organizes throughout the
year numerous activities (exhibitions, shows, conferences).
Students also have 90 clubs and many sport or cultural
activities.
