Description
Accord is located in the heart of Paris, in the district
of the great boulevards, just few minutes on foot of the
Louvre, the Opera and the Pompidou Centre. The school
is in the second floor of a typical Parisian building
with 20 classrooms. In the recesses and after class, the
students can join together in the cafeteria. There, the
students have several computers with Internet access and
a great selection of French magazines. During the summer,
July and August, it is possible to study and live in a
second building located in the suburbs of Paris. It has
modern classrooms that invite to study in group. In that
building there is also a cafeteria, a restaurant, a supermarket
and a computer room.
Lodging
The possibilities are: family house, the residence "Louis
Lumière" or the summer Campus of Saint-Nicolas.
Academics
The school offers standard, intensive and the combined
academic courses. The standard course has 20 hours per
week and includes grammar, pronunciation, oral and written
language, etc. In the intensive course, the student have
23 hours, and after the morning lectures they also have
3 afternoon workshops. It is possible to choose between
oral, grammatical communication, DELF/DALF exams preparation,
business French, French Civilization, Culture and Arts.
The combined course adds one or more workshops.
Activities
The school offers activities of all type to live and enjoy
Paris and to learn the French culture. The free time program
of the school changes continuously and depends on the
season of the year.
