Description
In Lyon, two rivers crossed each other: the Rhone and
the Saona. The first apparently docile and certainly
impetuous the second. The "Gaul capital" welcomes
more than 5 million visitors per year, attracted mainly
by the local gastronomical tradition. The institute
is near downtown.
Lodging
There are three types of lodging available: an individual
studio or a student room in the residence and a French
host family.
Academics
Every day a special activity is organized: On Mondays
oral expression and vocabulary; grammar on Tuesday and
Thursday; audio-visual activities on Wednesday; and
practical activities on Fridays. The student can choose
between the programs according to his needs. The pedagogical
equipment promotes an active methodology, facilitated
by the small number of students by classroom (6-7 people).
The following courses are offered: general French and
Civilization, general French “à la carte”,
evening courses and DELF, DALF and Alliance Français
exams preparation.
Activities
Lyon Bleu International offers in each session a program
of guided visits to Lyon and its outskirts (colorful
museums, monuments, districts). In addition, there are
trips each weekend (with an additional cost) to Avignon,
Geneva, Strasbourg, etc.
